New Pathways offers a variety of consulting services, specializing in data collection and analysis, as well as professional facilitation. We also perform assessments of
training needs and offer on-site delivery of courses in Communication, Conflict Management, Interest-Based Negotiations, and Facilitative Skills for Leaders.
We can analyze a client’s needs and determine the best method for collecting data: interview, focus-group, survey, or any other appropriate method, depending on the information
needed and the ease of collection. Our specialties are: (1) survey design and administration, (2) focus group design and moderation, and (3) designing and collecting interview data.
Once the data is collected, we will analyze it for you and produce a report offering our recommendations on how to take action based on the data. The recommendation may be to take
direct action by your management team or assign an internal team to further consider the data and provide specific recommendations to top-level leadership. New Pathways can provide team facilitation services
if needed.
New Pathways is also ready to provide training to your personnel in the interest of improving communications or negotiation skills, managing conflict, or building leadership
skills.
