Jim Dorman, Principal
Drawing on my education and more than 30 years of professional experience, I help you find the ways and means to achieve your goals and dreams. As a life coach and a business coach, I help individuals make
their personal desires a reality. Working with leaders, I help them align their leadership and performance with the skills necessary to be successful on the job and in their business.
If you are my client, I won't tell you what to do. Rather, I will walk with you on a journey, as your partner, as we search together to find that new pathway that will take you where you need and want to go. Once
we're on the appropriate pathway, I'll help you remain accountable for your learning, walking the journey of success with you.

My background includes training from Julio Olalla's Newfield Network, the preeminent institution for the training of ontological coaches. In addition
to coaching, I offer consulting services.
In my career I have:
- Advised senior executives in government on a multitude of workplace issues
- Trained and coached managers on engaging employees and workgroups
- Successfully applied proven negotiation techniques in the workplace
- Designed and implemented focus groups to collect meaningful workplace data
- Designed the collection and analysis of survey data to address and resolve workplace issues
- Created and facilitated teams to provide recommendations for executives
- Facilitated executive-level councils and teams in resolving workplace issues.
